RNC week: Sun, July 14th – Thurs, July 18th

Praying our city stays safe during this time.

River restrictions begin Sunday morning and go thru Thursday. The Milwaukee River heading upriver thru downtown will be closed at Michigan Street, near the Milwaukee Public Market.

Every day, we’ll remain open at our main location in Jerry’s Docks/Harbor Yards MKE — and since we’re so lucky around here, we’ll get to spend more time paddling in the Menomonee River Valley – you can stop at a bunch of locations if that’s what you’re looking for. I’d like to open our Twisted Fisherman location during the week – if you think that’s a good idea, let us know!

You can also paddle from our main location south thru the Inner Harbor and up/down the KK River. Please, as always, do not paddle past the Hoan Bridge because we have recreational kayaks, good for slower moving rivers.

Summary:
Our Main location is open every day for daily rentals – rentals are 2 or 4 hour rentals, last reservations launch at 5:30pm and all kayaks are due back by 7:30pm.

Our Schlitz Park location is open this Saturday 9am-5pm. Reserve online please. Schlitz Park is closed this Sunday and during the week. Back open next Saturday.

Our Twisted Fisherman Crab Shack location may be open this Saturday and will be open on Sunday. Reserve online and you can see availability there too. If you think we should be open during the week, let us know.

Thanks everyone, reach out with any questions or comments.
